Pet Memorial Portraits

This poem is the inspiration for the pet memorial portraits that are individually created for each pet. I have numerous backgrounds that I pick and choose different areas to create something unique for your special companion. I usually include a rainbow in all portraits. Many of the sample portraits appearing on this web site are of residents of Rainbow's Bridge, a web site dedicated to remembering our pets who have gone before us, and supporting those of us who love them.

Please look at the samples and if there is a certain part that you want included, please explain that to us in an Email.

First, before we can quote a price to you, we need to see the photo and clearly understand what you want done. In order to allow us to see the photo, you will need to do one of two things:

1) Use a scanner and scan the original. Then send us the scan along with a detailed explanation of what you would like to have done. You can use a low-resolution scan (72ppi) and send the scan to us via an attachment to an Email.

2) Send us the original picture along with a detailed explanation of what you would like to have done. You can send us the original via US Postal Priority mail, or via FedEx. Be sure to enclose your full name and address, telephone number and you Email address. We will send an Email back to you as soon as we receive your original so you will know it is safe.

As soon as we have examined your original or your scan, we will be in touch with you and quote a price for the work that you want performed. There is no obligation or charge for our quotation. However, if you have sent your original to us via Mail or FedEx, there will be a charge for return shipment if you elect to not have us go ahead with the memorial work. If you elect to have us create a memorial portrait, the cost of returning the original will be included with the quotation for creating the portrait.

Typically, we charge $25.00 to produce the digital file of the memorial portrait if the original that you furnish is in good condition.

If you want us to postal mail the completed digital file to you on a CD-ROM, the charge is $25.00 for the memorial portrait plus an additional $10.00 for the CD-ROM which includes Priority Mail postage.

If you would like for us to send, via Priority Mail, to you an 8x10 print or, alternately, (2) 5x7 prints, then the cost is $45.00 and that includes the postage.

If you would like a CD-ROM with the electronic file plus an 8x10 (or 2-5x7) prints, then the total cost for that is usually $50.00 which includes Priority Mail postage.

Of course, if we have to do some restoration work on the original that you furnish, then there can be additional charges. That is why we would like to see the original image before we quote a firm price.
